At Mushroom Works, we're always excited about finding new ways of using digital technology to shout about the artists and designer-makers that we support across our studio sites. So, we're gradually introducing our 'Snap Shots' series of mini films that give on-line visitors a snap shot of the creative lives of our artists and designer-makers.

Mid-May sees one of the most anticipated events on the cultural calendar taking place with the return of The Late Shows.

For this year's event, Mushroom Works will be casting its creative spell on visitors with our 'Magical Encounters' exhibition.

As ever, this 'after dark' event will give us an excuse to create some magical surprises of our own alongside an exhibition of work inspired by magic and illusion.

Come and take the opportunity to meet with the artists and designer-makers, buy or commission work direct from them and create your own magical encounters.

If you’re looking for a bit of sparkle in your life, head down to Mushroom Works and let the creative people there work some of their magic on you.
